Our Silk Nightie Chemise Extra Short can be worn as a chemise to bed or as a slip or petticoat under a short dress. Silk is a breathable fabric and allows for wicking of perspiration. It will keep you warm in winter and cool to wear in the warmer months.

Our Silk Nightie Chemise Extra Short is mid-thigh length generally above the knee in most women, soft and flattering. They are made of pure silk charmeuse and comes with a bias cut, powder coated adjustable straps that do not break like the plastic ones.  French seams provide a secure finish to this garment.

Please note that the XS size is between 4 and 5cms smaller than the measurement sizes for Small around a size 10

Material

Your silk chemise extra short nightie is a made of 100% silk.

Fabric Care 

This silk chemise is completely machine washable. The only safeguards are the following: Wash on a gentle cycle on your washing machine Keep the temperature to 40C. Do not use an enzymatic or alkaline soap. We recommend a gentle soap, mild shampoo or a wool wash product. After all silk is a protein (like your hair) so you do not want to destroy this property and subsequent benefits. Hand washing though takes no time at all especially as you do not have to wash silk as often as you do other fabrics as silk naturally repels soil and dirt.
