HOW TO SEND A GIFT VOUCHER

To send a Gift Certificate you simply select the value of the Gift certificate and Add to the Cart. When you select View Cart you can enter the person's details into the Additional Instructions. You need to specify the following and we will send the Gift certificate directly to them for you:

The name of the person you are sending the Gift Voucher to.
The email address of the person you are sending the Gift Voucher to.
A short message (your personal greeting) which will appear in the email including who it is from.

Please ensure that you have entered all of the information correctly.

HOW TO REDEEM A GIFT VOUCHER

When you receive a Gift Certificate it will contain details of who sent you the Gift Voucher, along with possibly a short message from them. The email will also contain the Gift Certificate Number. It is probably a good idea to print out this email for future reference. You can now redeem the Gift Voucher by purchasing a product and following the instructions below. NOTE This gift certificate is valid 12 months from date of purchase.

On Simply Silk's website, select the product you wish to apply the Gift Certificate. Add the product to the Cart and select view Cart. Enter into the Coupon code field the Gift Certificate. Click on Final Checkout and complete the purchase.

If the purchase is less than the value of the Gift Certificate you can purchase another product at a later date subject to the Gift Certificate expiry date.
